How long do I need to wear aligners each day?

For best results, aligners should be worn 20–22 hours per day. Remove them only for eating, drinking (anything other than water), and brushing your teeth.

Are clear aligners painful?

You may feel mild pressure when switching to a new set of aligners — this is normal and means they're working. Any discomfort typically subsides within 1–2 days and is much less than traditional braces.
